Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

MindMap (the "Service") is a mind mapping tool that runs in your browser. This policy explains how we handle user information in the Service.

1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Information

3. Data Storage

We use Google Firebase (Authentication / Cloud Firestore) for authentication and data storage. Your mind maps are access-controlled so that only you, the owner, can read and write them. For how Firebase handles data, see Firebase Privacy and Security.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data (page views, feature usage, etc.) and does not include information that personally identifies you. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy. Inside the app, measurement starts only after you consent to cookies.

5. Advertising

The Service may display ads from third-party ad networks (Google AdSense). Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your interests.

6. Managing Cookies

We ask for your consent to use cookies when you first visit. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as a result.

7. Sharing with Third Parties

Except where required by law, we do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

8. Deleting Your Data

You can delete the mind maps you create from within the app. If you would like your account and related data deleted, please contact us below.
